Titillating

This db is angry cuz someone asked for donations and I wouldn't have minded donating but I was like wtheck when there was a minimum amount that has to be donated and it isn't a small amount. To hell with those shit. If you were to ask for a donation to help the needy people then why even bother to set a minimum amount cuz afterall it's the thought that counts isn't it. I'm so not donating to any organisation that asks for a minimum donation anymore.
